Al Masaood travel agent in Al Ain

After we had settled here in Al Ain, I spoke with or visited 4 different travel agents in Al Ain. I asked one about flights to the UK: they just told me to go to the Etihad website. Two others I asked to quote for a holiday to Egypt: I chased both a few times and didn’t get what I wanted. The fourth was just disinterested in my call, telling me to call back another time!! None of these companies really seemed that bothered about getting my business!! 🙂

Then… a friend mentioned Al Masaood travel agent in the centre of Al Ain. So I popped along to book a Christmas holiday. It was a toss-up between the Hilton Hotel in Salalah in Oman and our favourite hotel: Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort in Fujairah for a 6-night break.

What a breath of fresh air! The sales person I met was professional, funny, patient, spoke brilliant English, and handled my enquiry brilliantly.

How to get there…

Al Masaood is located on Sanaiya Street, about 300 metres south of the central Post Office in Al Ain, on the right hand side, as you travel south towards Sanaiya/the Etisalat building.
